Terms and Conditions
LinerGame Industry Open Workshop – Terms & Conditions for all events globally.
1. General Provisions
1.1 By registering for the workshop, participants agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
1.2 The organizer reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
2. Registration and Payment
2.1 Registration is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment of the registration fee.
2.2 All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the cancellation policy (see Section 5).
2.3 Participants must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
3. Code of Conduct
3.1 Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards all attendees, facilitators and staff. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
3.2 The organizer reserves the right to remove any participant violating the Code of Conduct without refund.
4. Intellectual Property
4.1 All materials presented during the workshop, including slides, recordings, and handouts, are the intellectual property of the respective speakers or organizers.
4.2 Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or share these materials without explicit permission.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
5.1 Cancellations made in writing at least 30 days before the event will receive a 100% refund.
5.2 No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 30 days before the event.
5.3 The organizer reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the event. In such cases, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer their registration to a future event.
5.4 The organizer will not cover other pre-paid expenses or other incurred costs for participants linked to planned participation in the workshop in the case where LinerGame cancels or reschedules the event.
6. Liability
6.1 The organizer is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property during the event.
6.2 Participants are responsible for their own travel, accommodation, and insurance arrangements.
7. Data Protection
7.1 By registering, participants consent to the collection and processing of their personal data for event-related purposes, in compliance with applicable data protection laws (e.g., GDPR).
7.2 Participants may opt out of receiving future communications by contacting the organizer.
8. Photos and Videos
8.1 By attending this event, you consent to photographs and videos being taken, and grant LinerGame the right to use these images for promotional, marketing, and documentation purposes.
8.2. The photographer retains all copyright, and any usage outside these purposes requires prior written authorization. Attendees may opt-out by contacting the organizer before or during the event. All photography will comply with GDPR requirements.”
9. Dietary Requirements and Food Allergies
9.1. Participants are asked to inform the workshop organizers of any dietary restrictions, allergies, or special requirements at the time of registration. This includes, but is not limited to, vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, lactose-free, nut allergies, or religious dietary needs. The conference organizers will make reasonable efforts to accommodate dietary requirements based on the information provided. However, the organizers cannot guarantee that all meals and catering options will meet every individual dietary need.
9.2 If an attendee’s dietary requirements change after registration, they must notify the organizers as soon as possible to allow for adjustments.
9.3 Catering Limitations: Some menu items may be prepared in a shared kitchen and could come into contact with allergens. Guests with severe allergies should take necessary precautions.
9.4 Special Requests: While organizers will strive to provide alternatives wherever possible, attendees with highly restrictive or uncommon dietary requirements are encouraged to make contingency arrangements if necessary.
10. Force Majeure
10.1 The organizers are not responsible for cancellations or changes due to circumstances beyond their control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.
10.2 The affected party shall notify the other party within [X] days and shall use reasonable efforts to mitigate the impact and resume performance as soon as practicable.

No Party shall be liable or responsible to the other Party, nor be deemed to have defaulted under or breached this Agreement, for any failure or delay in fulfilling or performing any term of this Agreement (except for any obligations to make previously owed payments to the other Party hereunder) when and to the extent such failure or delay is caused by or results from acts beyond the impacted Party’s (“Impacted Party”) reasonable control, including, without limitation, the following force majeure events (“Force Majeure Event(s)”) that frustrates the purpose of this Agreement: (a) acts of God; (b) flood, fire, earthquake or explosion; (c) war, invasion, hostilities (whether war is declared or not), terrorist threats or acts, riot or other civil unrest; (d) government order or law; (e) actions, embargoes or blockades in effect on or after the date of this Agreement; (f) action by any governmental authority; (g) national or regional emergency; (h) strikes, labor stoppages or slowdowns or other industrial disturbances; (i) epidemic, pandemic or similar influenza or bacterial infection (which is defined by the United States Center for Disease Control as virulent human influenza or infection that may cause global outbreak, or pandemic, or serious illness); (j) emergency state; (k) shortage of adequate medical supplies and equipment; (l) shortage of power or transportation facilities; and (m) other similar events beyond the reasonable control of the Impacted Party.
11. Governing Law
1!.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction].
11.2 Any disputes arising from participation in the conference shall be resolved in the courts of [Insert Jurisdiction].
